When will my order ship?

I package your piece(s) carefully and ship via USPS within 5 days of your order. At that point, I will provide a tracking number by email.

Do you offer local delivery or pick-up?

Yes, I offer local delivery within 5 days in parts of Northeast LA (Silverlake, Los Feliz, Echo Park, Atwater Village, Glendale, Burbank, Eagle Rock, Glassell Park, Cypress Park, Mt. Washington). Outside of this area, you are welcome to pick-up at my studio in Glendale.

How are the pieces displayed / mounted?

Most wall pieces have a small hole in the ceramic backing that will fit a nail, so they can simply hang on the wall. When I send your piece, I will provide a white enamel nail and museum wax for mounting. Larger pieces have a wood backing with a keyhole slot for a nail or screw. Freestanding / flat-sitting pieces will be labeled as such in the description. Please take care handling your piece(s) upon arrival, as they are quite delicate.

What is your return / exchange policy?

As each piece is one-of-a-kind, I do not accept returns. If you are not pleased with an aspect of your piece, I am happy to arrange an exchange within 21 days of your receiving the work.

What if my item is lost or damaged in shipping?

I package everything very carefully, so it hopefully arrives to you beautifully. I do not offer refunds due to loss or damage during USPS shipping. However, I will do everything in my power to make it right and help you find something you love.

Do you offer repairs?

I am always happy to make repairs to fiber work. I just ask you to cover shipping or local drop-off / pick-up (Los Angeles). While there are methods I can suggest, I do not offer ceramic repair.

Do you donate a portion of proceeds?

Yes, I donate 5% of sales to Tewa Women United.

Do you offer custom orders or commissions?
